shipping information
We ship with UPS ground service, please allow 5 to
12 business days for delivery. Per your request we can ship with
UPS overnight or Two Day Select services. This will be at extra costs.
We recommend the faster shipping for frozen products, as well as for
cheese and chocolate in the summer
If you are not satisfied with the products, or if the products arrive
damaged, then please ship them back in the original package within 7 days
and we will refund your money.
Per package, we charge
shipping costs conform the UPS scales. You can find these scales at
http://www.ups.com . In general, the
shipping cost for your package will be calculated based on weight and
distance.
We ship within two working days, unless stated otherwise; if products
are out of stock we will mention this in the website, and we contact the
customer for inquiries on the package.
We can ship our products outside the United States, but this requires
shipping with USPS instead of UPS. When we receive an international
order, we will contact you with an estimated shipping price to the
country you need the package shipped to.
We cannot ship ground to Alaska and Hawaii; to these States a Second
Day Air or Overnight shipment is required.
We cannot ship to PO boxes, APOs or FPOs.
All orders over $300 require a signature at time of delivery.
We cannot assume responsibility for incorrect addresses and for
damages to product on shipments or gift shipments left outside with
customer's authorization.
Unfortunately, sometimes a package gets lost or breaks during
transport. If you think your package should have arrived already and
it is not there yet, please contact us so we can trace the package and
see what happened. If the package stays lost, we will reship it, and
we will handle the claim for the lost package with UPS.
