how do we calculate your final price?
other then the listed price for the product, all orders to Colorado addresses are subject to 3.25% state sales tax, and orders to Denver addresses are subject to an additional 4.0% sales tax.
Per package, we charge shipping costs conform the UPS scales. You can find these scales at http://www.ups.com In general, the shipping cost for your package will be calculated based on weight and distance.

please allow 5 - 12 business days for delivery, depending on UPS Ground delivery to your area and on availability of products. To extra cost we can ship overnight or two day select delivery. Please contact us for more details on rush orders.

we ship within two working days; if products are out of stock we will contact the customer for inquiries on the package.

there are no shipping charges for Gift Certificates.

we cannot ship our products outside the United States.

we cannot ship ground to Alaska and Hawaii; to these States a Second Day Air or Overnight shipment is required.

we cannot ship to PO boxes, APOs or FPOs.

all orders over $300 require a signature at time of delivery.

we cannot assume responsibility for incorrect addresses and for damages to product on shipments or gift shipments left outside with customer's authorization.

our Payment Policy:
if you chose to pay by credit card, your invoice will be processed one day after you order; this is done automatically through the shoppingcart. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. If you chose to pay by check or by money order, we will notify you of the total product and shipping cost by return email. Your order will be shipped when we receive your check or money order and you will be notified of the shipment.

our Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your order anytime within 12 hours of placing your order on-line, by fax, e-mail or phone.

our Return Policy:
If you have difficulty with a defective or damaged product, please contact us by fax, phone or by email before you ship the product back to us to obtain a return authorization code. We offer a full refund or credit for defective or damaged products with a return authorization code. We accept the return of a product within 7 days.

returned merchandise must be shipped in original packaging and be in saleable condition.

returns of any special ordered items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

back orders and out of stock products:
We do back order products if requested by a customer. We will contact the customer for a confirmation of the order before processing.
We strive to keep all items offered on our site in sufficient quantities. However, stock outages may occur. If a product is not available, the customer will be contacted by email within two business days. We will state the expected receipt of new or fresh stock and will ask the customer to provide direction. We can either send the order without the Out of Stock item or hold the order until it can be completely filled.

All of the products listed on our Web Site are available for shipping in the USA only.
Chocolate and summer: We'd rather not ship chocolate in the summer months due to the danger of temperature fluctuations that may damage the product.
