how do I
change the quantity in the shoppingcart?
You have to change the quantity per product, by clicking on the
little shopping cart image that you find right next to the 'quantity'
field. Change the quantity from '1' to say '3', and then click on the
cart-image. You will see that the totals have been recalculated. You
have to repeat this for each product you in a higher quantity than
one.
my cart
is empty, yet I have added a lot of products to it. What can I do?
In your browser, you should change the settings to 'accept cookies'.
You can make this change in 'tools - options' (depends on the browser
though). The cart stays empty because it does not recognize you, or
cannot give you your 'shopping session'. If your browser accepts
cookies, the cart is able to 'see' you and accept your goodies.
I have
been waiting for a product for a while now. What takes so long?
We put every effort in place to stay stocked up on all the products, but
it does happen that we run out due to a non-predicted higher demand, or
because our supplier forgets to ship it out to us. We place an order
once a month and if not all products come in as expected, it will take
an extra special shipment and about 7 business days to get it back in.
This is if the product is available with the supplier.
Our supplier sometimes has no access to the products due to a problem
back home, or more often than not due to control-processes at the
customs. If the customs decide to check a container, it can sit there
for a few weeks and it is hard to predict when they are going to release
it. We are depended in this case on both the customs and our supplier,
and don't have any influence on the process other than waiting and
keeping you informed that the product will get there, eventually.
I am
looking for a product but I do not see it on your website. Can you get
it for me?
Yes, in most cases we are able to get products for you that we don't
carry. We have access to over 2000 products, but can only carry so much
in our own assortment. If you provide us with all information that you
have available for the product, we will try to find it and will keep you
posted on our progress.
So can
you guys get kroketten?
Yes, actually we already carry those. The reason why we have not posted
them on our website is because the kroketten require special shipment,
and we always need to discuss these shipping requirements with the
customer. The same goes for bitterballen, haring, smoked eel, and pigs
in the blanket.
